[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Office Jet Pro 9015 about three weeks ago;I have been experiencing problems with the Task Window;i.e., I must TAP the window Numerous times to enable the Printer to FAX,Scan or Copy! A real Pain! Yesterday I called for HP Tech Support . Tech may have solved the Problem--but,I have not had a requirement to COPY, SCAN or Fax --thus I do not know if My HP 9015 is working Properly! Sure hope so !! I prefer not to submit an evaluation at this time.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When transitioning from Windows to MAC, I found the 8600 PRO printer was not supported. I was encouraged to get the new 9015 to work under MAC Catalina. It works like a champ and is faster and quieter than the 8600 with fine features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a HP customer for years and until this last 3 months, I have been pleased with HP products. The 9025 is a little hard to get used to with the two paper trays. Haven't really had time to use very many features. Do wish it came with a manual with pictures of course. Support is hard to contact. Guess I don't have the right phone number.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great printer overall, yet the paper tray and ink cartridge installing is somewhat finicky; but works well.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This printer was definitely the hardest item to install in my long history of HP products. It took about ten hours of serious troubleshooting before I could get my computer to recognize the new printer and then get the printer connected to the internet. I used 75 sheets of paper during this installation process. Now that I have it up and running it is very noisy. This will probably MunchyMbe the last HP Printer that I will purchase.
