[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have two locations and found the first version of this printer efficient and useful. Two years later we bought the newer model. Love that the same print cartridge can be used too!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to set up and prints and scans well. And easy to install on all devices like phones and computers throughout the home.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago. It is compact and efficient. I love that it is white and isn't bulky and has so many features.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for my home office for printing and scanning needs. It was really simple to set-up and I am very happy with the quality of printing output and the scanning resolution. Also, like the HP ink program where you pay a flat monthly fee (based on your usage) to have ink shipped to you automatically, before you run out. Only reason I took of 1 star is because I want to gauge how things are after a year or two.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The HP 9000 met all of my demanding work from home needs. It’s fast and the print quality is a 10. Setup was simple enough for my teenage nephew, but that may not mean much. All teenagers are light years ahead of us.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never had a printer as efficient, as capable, or as quiet as the 9015 E ....very pleased....no issues at all
The device was very difficult to install. Also I still have a problem when I press print it brings the document at a “Save” mode and does not print. Please help me solve this problem. Then I will be glad to write another review.

Hi there.
I’m sorry that your printer has performed poorly for you. It’s easy to understand why the process you describe of documents appearing in a “save” mode rather than printing would be puzzling and then very quickly quite frustrating. I want to help you remedy this situation, so I’ll offer a resource and some information aimed at making that happen.
