[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this printer to replace another HP small office multi function printer that had worn out overtime. This printer was easy to set up fit the space nicely prints well and the HP instant Inc. offer sure helps it be a nice and convenient set up. We like it. Didn’t give full five stars because like all other brands of printers, a smal low cost printers like this are not built to last a long time, only a few years. The same goes for this printer, however it is made well enough if you’re careful and keep it clean, it is well worth it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This printer does what it is supposed to do. It is my second HP printer and I got it because I like the Instant Ink feature. I am a little wary though, since the previous printer head suddenly failed and none of the online fixes worked. I t was nt that old a printer, but it was out of warranty so I had no choice but to replace it. Overall I like the new model with the exception of the cover over the paper feed . It is awkward to remove the cover that doubles as the holder for printed pages.. Other than that I am pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a replacement printer for the HP PhotoSmart D7260 that no longer has original cartridges available. This was an excellent printer for >10 years and still working well. An example for the quality of HP products. In review of HP current offerings, I found the Office Jet 9015e to provide all the services I needed including auto-duplexing. The printer is very fast especially in draft mode. With the new Instant Ink subscription, I never need to worry about running out to ink. Lower cost and no need to order or run to the store for new cartridges. All in all, what more do you need; features, speed, cost, with Ink automatically shipped to your home. Even better is having HP quality and reliability. Such a deal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like how quickly this prints and ease of use with the app. App and features make it super easy to interface with regardless of where I'm at in the house. Didn't like having to troubleshoot right after setting it up due to a known issue with this printer (a port issue apparently, in my case). Had to uninstall and reinstall a couple times to get the updates. Last complaint, the gets stuck in the output tray without fully releasing. If not for these, I'd give it a solid 5. Overall, I am happy about this purchase.
