[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to upgrade from another printer. Set up was easy. I did have some difficulty, but found it was more my computer, than the printer. So far, I am happy with the printer.
I bought this printer mostly for scanning to email. Unfortunately there are no instructions on how to do that. It asks for an smtp and once I figured it out it gives an error saying to check the printer is connected to network and it is. At the end it doesn’t get configured. Might return it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't wait until I have to print out some checks. I can set the top tray with the checks and not worry about printing on blank paper. This is my third HP printer, the print quality has always been great and the print speed has always increased from one to the other and they are in the same class of printer.
I continue to have issues printing. New router, new printer, and continue to have problems with computer communicating with printer.EXTREMELY UNHAPPY!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
