[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this machine! I finally found a printer that does everything I need it to do with high quality and extreme affordability. Being able to autofeed multiple page 1 or 2 sided scans or copies is a HUGE time saver from a productivity perspective. Additionally, the HP Instant Ink refill subscription means I never run out of ink, go to the store, and find out they are out of what I need. On top of that, it is way cheaper the buying the ink at the store. If you couple the ink cost savings and my productivity increase, this printer is worth its' weight in gold. Highly recommend.

Perfect Printer for Everyone's Printing Needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The HP Office Jet Pro 9015 is a solid built printer, and setup was a breeze. I plugged it in, and the screen told me what to do. The files all printed quickly and flawlessly and were instantly dry with no jams along the way and no smudges afterward.
The self-healing Wi-Fi is a true blessing. I have had issues with other printers needing to be reset over and over. That is actually a big reason why I upgraded! In my office, I am able to print without any issues, and those in my household can use the printer from wherever they are. In fact, the app lets me print from my phone to the house even if I am in another country! This feature allowed me to print out a form for my mother when she was house sitting and I was several states away. All she had to do was pick it up off the printer.
The real test for me is how it scans documents on the automatic feeder. It is not uncommon for auto-feeding, all in one printers to pull in more than one page at a time. The first set of 17 papers that I needed to scan went through quickly and without a hassle. The second set of 22 pages that I needed to scan were a little worse for the wear. There were several spots with white out (which can cause hang-ups in other printers even if the white-out is perfectly dry). The pages also were a little bent and the corners of some pages flared up a bit. I stacked them as well as I could and put them in the feeder tray and held my breath as the process began. I was amazed! The pages fed through without a hiccup at all. The scanned images looked very crisp and clear.
I also needed to copy a few pages with a good bit of information whited out. Typically pages that have white-out on them leave visible marks on copies that make it easy to see that something has been whited out. My usual course of action is either to scan, clean up, and then reprint, or to simply copy once, white out the white-out marks, and copy again. That usually solves the problem. I usually am very careful to put the whiteout on smooth and as thin as possible while still covering the unwanted words. However, my white-out had gotten hot and had clumped up a tad. The white-out was a bit chunky on one of the pages. Despite all of that, the white-out was not visible at all. It looked like a fresh copy rather than a filled-out form with the information removed. What a time saver!
I am thoroughly impressed with this printer. It is the perfect addition to my office!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Out of the box, this printer was easy to get set up. It was basically plug and play, The instructions were limited and directed you to a website to complete the setup, however it really just wanted to have you set up wireless devices. This part was not very clear and took me in circles for a bit. The actual setup on the computer was relatively simple. Printing is quick and print quality is good. I have used both black and white and color and was happy with the results. I printed from my phone and it was simple to do and there was no delay in the print job. The only issue I had with this was that I deselected some of the pages but they all printed anyway. The one issue that I have had that I'm not sure if it has a good fix, is that the printer will lose connection with my computer and the only way I can get the job to print is to turn the power on the printer off and then turn it back on again. It is a minor inconvenience, but it does waste time. The touch panel is user friendly and easy to operate. The print cartridges are easy to install. I signed up for instant ink, and it is handy to be able to see how many pages have printed and not have to worry about buying ink. Overall it is a nice printer and I am glad I upgraded from my old hp.

When I realized I was chosen to try this out I was really excited and I quickly went on to buy it. I think this printer is really kool its better than the printer I had originally.
