A little less robust than our previous HP *** series.and also quite noisy.
The printer will only pick up Avery label papers if saved to PDF first but will print onto ordinary paper direct. That took a while to work out!
Generally pleased with performance.
The out tray could be larger.

Until we have used it for a while, it is not possible to give a full answer, do 3/5 will have to do. One problem that has come us is that when including a colour image part of it was missing. We are contacting the hotline to get this sorted.

We are now both working fulltime from home in paper-heavy professions (solicitor & property manager) which meant it was necessary for us to upgrade from our previous HP printer to something much more professional. We chose this HP model as it offered all the features we were used to from a full office printer, but still at a more compact size, so appropriate for the home office. It can print, including double-sided printing, it can copy and scan, including double sided from feeder which means that you don't have to scan page by page and it saves a lot of time and nerves. Faxing function is a welcome addition as still every now and then we get asked to fax something over. Wireless connection was a must for us as we are tangled in cables already, plus this meant that we can also print from our phones and any computer at the same time without having to connect through cables. There is plenty of space for a full box of paper, so you don't have to load it very often. When it arrived, it was easy to set up. Just take it out of the box, plug it in and follow instructions. Wwe registered for HP+ and Instant Ink and the next set of cartridges got delivered within a couple of days. This is great as it's one less thing to worry about. Other features we loved is the fact that once you set up an account, you can create a directory of emails that any scans can be emailed to without having to input them again and we liked the added security of any information sent to the printer for confidentiality work reasons as well. Printing is fast and of good quality and I also like that the printer detects and resolves issues on its own/with minimal help. All in, a top quality printer for the home office that can do the job of much larger machines.

The Good Bits:- Dual tray helps to swap between paper types.
- HP Smart Ink is a huge bonus and extremely cost effective.
- Easy and quick to set up.
- The printer generates it's own Wi-Fi.
- The LCD display is very good quality and is easy to navigate.
- Fast photocopying with a two sided option (reduces paper wastage).
Improvement areas:
- Some difficulty connecting devices using the HP Smart app.
- No option to connect via a cable.
- Slow to scan on higher resolutions.
My opinion:
This is a great printer with a huge range of functions. It has helped massively when working from home as I only need one machine instead of two! It is so easy to setup, with clear instructions and guidance. HP Smart Ink is a life-saver. I no longer need to stock up or purchase ink last minute. Overall, I am very impressed and will be recommending it to my professional colleagues, family and friends.

I've used this brand of printers for quite some time, this is my 3rd one and I was really looking forward to it.
My last 2 printers were a laser jet and all-in-one printer/scanner/copier so this was more inline with the latter of my printers.
It looks great and I can understand why people would buy it, however it feels cheaply made and uses thin plastic on parts that would be touched/users quite frequently.
It also sounds cheap, and this might be hard to explain, but when I turn it on, or send something to print, or turn it off, everything sounds cheap and squeeky.
Even the audible noises that the printer makes don't sound great.
But there are some good points; the quality of print is great, the speed of the printing per page is really good and the top feeder for scanning is really useful.
It was also really easy to set up and took no time at all via the app.
Colours are OK and it sits well on the filing cabinet in my office.
I have subscribed to the Instant Ink option and I think this is a great way to receive the ink and it seems reasonably priced as well.
Overall thoughts - good printer and easy to set up, but sounds and feels cheaply made.

Of all the printers I have ever owned, the OfficeJet Pro 9015e was the easiest and quickest printer to set up, install and start printing with - it was really less than 10 minutes from removing from box to printing my first test page - so easy. In terms of quality , of finish it is excellent though I have not had the chance to print photographs as yet but if they turn out to be as good as pictures within a word document I will be extremely happy. This is the first double-sided printer I have owned and wow - brilliant! This automated function is exceptionally good (saving on paper use), fully automatic (and quick), and dries the first side printed before it prints on the second side of the page. Definitely will not be going back to a single side, or manual double-sided printer. The only thing left to do is work out which ink package is best for me - time will tell and over the past few days, given the quality of the 9015e and my excitement, I'm probably printing more than I will do when the initial excitement dies down.
