All my other printers were HP also but this is by far, the best one. No problems with set up. Just went step by step. Printer is fast and quiet. Instant Ink is wonderful. I just got my first shipment but haven’t used it yet. If you’re looking at this 9015e, just get it. End of story!

Loved my HP Photosmart 6510 and had it for more than 10 years. Finally, the print head seems to have worn out (alignment and cleaning no longer helped). Bought one of these and it's everything I wanted. Solidly built. Quieter. Only had it a short time, but happy.

Wi-fi is and was difficult to set up. Not sure why it does not always allow printing off my PC. Spent 2 hours getting WI-FI to work, maybe. Seeking service online via 123.HP.com was a mistake, a hacker has a clever way to disguise themselves as HP Help., be aware.
