[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wish I had ny HP 8720 Features on 9025. Legal copies not possible on flat screen. Touch screen too small for Boss fingers.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to replace another All-in-one printer and it seems that it was the perfect decision. Although, some instructions might need to be more clear on how to install it. I was able to add it to one computer from downloads from HP while another laptop just needed the HP app. Confusing! Also, the exterior looks cheap.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1) The app as a fake printer doesn’t always work with Windows 10. Worthless for printing. Use the printer itself which fortunately is available in spite of the app.
2) In spite of me sharing printer status, I now have new printer cartridges after only printing a half dozen pages. Hope they don’t dry out for the next next 6 months.
Happy with the printer in general. Have had to contact HP support more than once as have lost access to features with computer software updates. Software, firmware, drivers have been 'fixed' twice.
There are several features that I like very much. They are why I bought this particular model, the only one with everything I want. However, the interface is a giant pain in the behind. I have to waste a huge amount of time playing around with the darned app every time I do anything. So it is a major loss of efficiency in my already overworked life.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I am very happy with my new printer. Had a few challenges setting it up, but one it worked, it's been great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this printer (9015) a month ago to replace an HP 8610. The new printer prints and copies fine, but it scanning functions are terrible. The user menu for this printer is not as nearly user friendly or as quick as the 8610. The quality of the scans is awful- almost unusable. I scan paperwork a lot, and I will have to go buy another machine to get satisfactory scans.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there.
Thanks for the review and feedback. While I’m glad to know that you like your printer’s print and copy functions, I’m sorry to hear that it’s rendering scans of poor quality. Considering that you scan a lot of paperwork, it’s easy to understand why this would be quite a jarring surprise. With that in mind, I’ll suggest some resources that I hope will help you get scans of the quality you need.
First, I recommend you go through the steps in this guide to improving scan quality: - support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05343887
You can also visit a page on our support site that has diagnostic tools for various issues. There you’ll find a general-purpose tool called the HP Print and Scan Doctor. If you use Windows, the tool will help identify and guide you through solutions to a wide range of common scanning and printing difficulties. Visit that page here: - support.hp.com/us-en/topic/diagnostics
If you need further assistance, I suggest you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situations and find a solution. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number - Serial number - Your location - Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
