Like all of your products currently in my possession, the power cable is very loose, and often falls out of the device, with predictable consequences. Can't this be improved in some way, since it detracts from the performance of what is otherwise a good product.

This printer is very good. Things worth mentioning are that it has 2 paper trays, so you can load different paper in each tray. Also it can scan both sides of a page at the same time, but only when feeding pages through the document feeder - it will only scan a single side when scanning on the scanner glass surface.
The printer can print double sided without having to manually reload paper - this is a very neat function. I found that double sided printing didn’t work too well if using the printer drivers built in to windows 10 which caused the 2nd page to be printed inverted. This was fixed by downloading the drivers from HP’s website instead!
Setting up the printer was very easy, and a lot of the setup is done through the printers LCD panel. Wireless setup and HP’s ePrint service, printing via an email address, is all very easy to set up.
Printer is very quiet and fairly quick to print.

Not too bulky, fast, efficient, 2 paper trays and good wireless interaction. It came very quickly when ordered and it is good value - and 2 months of ink were included to get me started!

I thought this was great but have just hit a problem because it is producing scanned images upside down and I see from the internet that I am not the only one with this problem. I will have to take this upwith HP.
