I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. SHIPPING and SETUP: The printer arrived secured safely in a well-packaged box. The set up was VERY simple and had easy instructions to follow in the box. There is also a screen on the printer that will guide you through various steps (i.e. connecting to your network, aligning print heads, etc). Simple!APPEARANCE: For all this printer can do, I was surprised at how compact it is. Intuitive design that looks and feels like good quality. The interface screen can tilt up, which helps for viewing, but it is quite small. Paper trays and top feeding tray work quite well. Not a big fan of the high contrast, 3 tone colors of the printer housing (dark grey, medium grey, off-white).FEATURES and STRENGTHS: The onscreen display offers guidance to make the operation simple. Wireless printing worked flawlessly and printing was quite fast both in black and white and in color. Image quality was great. The scanner was very simple and fast to use and I was impressed with how easy the copier was to use. HP SMART APP: Simple, but confusing at times to navigate. Works well once you take the time to figure it out.COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS: Compared to similar products I`ve used, the HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 printer is better than average overall, but lacking in the onscreen guidance.SUGGESTED IMPROVEMENTS: The touch screen is small and fairly rudimentary. Distortion in the images when swiping. Larger and more user friendly guidance and a better visual appearance would be a big improvement with the "feel" of the printer. Also, I couldn`t figure out how to connect directly from my phone to print with USB (if it is even possible). It would be a nice feature to bypass the HP print app. OVERALL: I feel that this is a solid printer. It can do a great deal of tasks without taking up very much space. Wireless network printing is a convenient feature and great for mobile. I also liked being able to email the printer directly from anywhere and have it print! Aside from the above suggested improvements, this compact, efficient, and quick this printer can handle the job.

Every thing I need for my home office

Upon taking the printer out of the box I was very impressed with beautifully design, I noticed how easy it was to remove the packaging material from the printer. The printer itself was in a bag which made it super easy to remove from the box. The Printer is very well designed! I like the white/gray design and although it has a lot of features, it still feels compact and just blends in with your home or office by not being an eyesore. Setting up was very easy! After turning on and putting the ink in, I used the HP Smart App from my iPhone. This App made it very smooth and easy to use. Very happy with the setup! After setting up, this printer is easily accessible through WiFi from any Windows 10 computer as well as my phone/iPad with the HP Smart App. So printing/scanning was very easy after that!Can confirm this printer prints double sided!! Nice feature! Overall it has a lot of nice features needed for a home/office printer. Print`s fast with no errors, scanner, and copier. It will be very useful. I like how everything is wireless but if for some reason you wanted a hard connection (which you can do), you would have to buy the cord separately . The Printer only comes with Power Cord and Ink. I can`t think of many. For the price it takes care of everything I need. For my uses, this printer hits everything on the head. It`s ease of use is truly great and makes printing/scanning a seamless process

Smoother than ever

The Office-jet Pro 9020 Series is a thing of beauty. Immediately upon unwrapping we liked it. It is well constructed with a muted elegance about it. You can also tell that the materials aren`t cheap. The printer was very easy to set up and is very user-friendly. Scanner, copier and Fax work perfectly. We are really excited about the super convenient features of WiFi printing and the ability to print directly from our phones, or email documents to the printer to print. Printers like these with these types of features usually take a while to print, and are generally in monochrome. The fact that printer is in full color and prints pretty quickly only adds to its overall capabilities. Pros: Very easy to set up and use. Surprisingly fast.Most convenient printer we`ve ever owned. (wireless, Mobile, and email printing)Full brilliant color.Sleek design.Cons:A bit bulky. Perhaps rounded corners would address that. Summary:This is definitely a next-generation printer. In this printer you pretty much get everything you want in an all-in-one workhorse, and then some!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great printer and it is very fast. The only reason for 4 stars is the connection to my network keeps disconnecting and cannot reconnect without restarting the printer. I am still working with HP to get it fixed.

We have been happy with these printers to a large degree as they have been fairly dependable. Our greatest issue with this current choice of printer is that it is much noisier than the Office Jet Pro 8600 that it replaced. To some degree annoyingly noisy.

Well, after years of faithful service my OfficeJet Pro 8600 Series gave up the ghost even after cleaning the print heads. Only after continued difficulty in trying to get my print jobs done did I begin the research for a replacement HP product and settled on the OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Printer and I am very happy with the ease of set up and performance.
