Hi there.
I’m sorry to learn that you’ve encountered difficulty with your printer purchase. Your review is brief, and I can’t tell exactly what’s happened since you received the device, but it appears that you got a unit that did not work. Regardless, I’ll provide a resource and some information I hope will help you resolve whatever situation is at hand.
I recommend that you contact us directly so we can help you assess the situation and determine the best course of solution. HP+ printers such as yours come with exclusive concierge support. To call and reach live HP+ experts, visit the following URL and enter your HP+ serial number: - hp.com/plus-help
I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies – and that warranty extends to two years with an HP+ account – so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link: - support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty
Excellent printer that was easy to set up with help from HP support. It was time consuming but well worth it to be able to print from another state, have the capability to fax, print 2 sided pages and print from computer and phone. This is a much nicer printer than I would ever buy, but spending the extra money gave much more quality. The HP support is excellent and I love the automatic ink. In the past I would run out of ink right in the middle of a project in the evening and had to wait until morning to go to store to get it.
I cannot rate this printer because it failed the moment I set it up by telling me there was a paper jam before I ever placed paper in the tray. This was the 2nd HP printer in 3 weeks I had to return soon after turning it on due to a failure.
So far so good. I love that I can receive faxes without a landline. The print is clear. Photos don't print very well as they are too smudgy. Otherwise, I'm really enjoying my new printer. My last HP worked great for 9 years with no problem. Out of nowhere, the printhead had problems. Same with my previous HP printer.
Great bang for the buck. Easy to set up and use. The power cord is absurdly short. Who can possibly use a cord that diminutive? It might cost and extra dime to add two feet to it.

The new HP 9015e is faster than my previous HP printer (which I also thought was a great printer).
The power button has been relocated to the top left rather than the lower right corner (much more visible and easily accessible for my tight home-office arrangement) and the serial number is now included on the inside of the cartridge-access door (so much better than having to look behind the printer to read the serial number).
The iPhone app seems really incredible how it’s able to monitor and control the device (although my printer is still so new that I haven’t had the opportunity to explore all the benefits of the app).
So far, I’m very happy with my new HP 9015e All-in-One printer, especially with the speed. I timed it and it is 10 seconds flat from the time I click “print” until the first printed page of a document is out of the printer. That’s quick considering that in this particular instance, the printer was sound asleep until the instant I clicke “print”.
Keep up the great work HP! Johanne Gutenberg would no doubt be at least as impressed as I am. In my book, HP remains the ONLY printer company to consider.
