Fast, quiet but violent. Shakes so hard that it moves the table it is sitting on. Unhappy to lose the OCR scan option that I had with previous HP printer.

Good quality product overall. Easy to set up. Some issues with scanning to PDF so far which is why 4 stars instead of 5, but haven't used it that much yet, and it may be a user issue rather than a product issue.

I have owned 5 HP printers. Compared to the others this one is loud and slower even though it is advertised to be faster. And it bends the first page I guess when grabbing the paper. Print quality is great so very happy with that.

I unpacked the printer following the simple instructions, installed all the cartridges, and immediately had a problem with an error - One or more cartridges is missing or damaged! I couldn't even complete the installation. This was exactly the problem that I had with the hp printer (that was only 2-3 years old) that I was replacing, when hp could not solve the problem with the "damaged or missing cartridge." This is clearly a common technical/design fault. Very frustrating!

This is a nice Printer but I miss my 8620. It was easier to operate. It didn't have 2 trays. Just a better machine than this 9025.
