I wanted this printer to automatically pick (with the PDF print settings) between legal and letter. Have not figured out how to do that. I have adobe. Disappointed in the jamming and not being user friendly.

Aging LaserJet was failing so it was time to move on. Have been committed to Lasers since the HP LJ II many years and machines ago and was a bit skeptical about switching to InkJet. Very pleased with the quality, speed and features of this new machine. And will certainly appreciate the much lower cost of consumables going forward. Glad that I was able to find this reasonably priced alternative with some nice new features.

Smaller but doing same work, Ink cartriges are not easy to install, and there are no manuals or easy to understand instructions. You have to kind of guess at it, and still don't know all of it

I bought this product a month ago and love the print quality. My only complaint so far is the lid that holds the paper when it comes out is too short. My paper falls on the ground when you are printing a large number of pages.

I love the improved print quality but am disappointed that the two sided print on thick paper from the alternate tray feature does not work. After going through the alignment procedure three times it still does not properly align the two sides.
