[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this as my last HP finally gave out ofter 15 years. I was wanting an updated printer with bluetooth and color printing. This seemed to fit the bill. I had a bit of trouble setting up the fax/email portion but finally figured it out.
I bought this Printer less than a month ago. I have had nothing but HP printers for many years in my home office environment. I have always been impressed with the quality of the workmanship of the printers I have had. This 9025 tray setup leaves a bit to be desired. Tray 2 is flimsy and hard to adjust paper sizes where as I my old 8086 was built like a tank. The screen on the 2025 is very small and very confusing to navigate. Certainly I will learn. In setting up scan to email I had to contact tech support for assistance and was told that the printer sent did not have an updated driver. Hmm! Printer speed for color documents is slower than my 8086. However it may be the fault of its interface with windows 10.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Harder than I thought to set it up through the computer. Unlike my other printers which were plug and play this printer has u going to web sites and guessing what to down load and install. U have to do installing on each device which is unnecessary
