[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had many printers for both personal business use and HP provides the best printer of any that we have had. If something goes irreparably wrong, HP sends me a newly reconditioned unit of the same or greater quality, all the ink cartridges I will need to run it out-of-box, at very reasonable reduced price. HP makes a great printer a pleasure to use.
