First-your telephone assistance in purchase and then in setting it up for me as a 'non-geek' was OUTSTANDING. Printer operates great-only 2 questions; Why does it defer to COLOR printing-rather than black printing-or can that be adjusted? Why unlike previous models does it not say-"out of ink-change cartridge'- it just warns you "ink getting low"-have another ready when printing is not good-
Other than those 2 items-Love the #8025!!
