I HATE it. If I could afford it, I would junk it and buy a Canon as I had previously. Your "Instant Ink" is a scam. I suddenly cannot print - though your website says I am enrolled in Instant Ink. I tried to discontinue it because you never sent me ink and I was out. So, I bought some from your website. Now it says I don't have "Instant Ink" ink cartridges! I just want to print, that is all. I am 71-years-old and disabled. I don't need this.

So I needed a printer. I bought this one because I have always bought HP printers. I signed up for the instant ink because I was suppose to get 6 months of free ink. Well I ran out of ink, I had to wait two days (without ink) for it to arrive, then when it arrived I opened it. When I pulled the tab off of the black ink, it spilled all over my hand and my kitchen counter. So I purchased my own ink. I do need to print, and my printer tells me it is not going to print. It was correct, now I cannot print a thing so I cancelled my instant ink. It still won't print with an ink cartridge I PURCHASED locally. I am so angry, and still I cannot print. I have my own business and I do not have time for this, nor the patience. I am sending it all back, lesson learned. Although I am still not sure what I did wrong, and unfortunately I never really had a chance to review the printer itself as the ink cartridge that came with it did not print many pages. So disappointed.

Printer works great, where it will print wirelessly, or hard wire connected via USB. I was pleased to get my cell phone to print wirelessly. Print quality, no complaints high dpi resolution. A noticeable increase in speed to print pages, as compared to my old HP5740 printer. Prints double side nicely, no errors. Copy and scanning was fast as well, excellent copy work to details. I like it where HP has designed the blue color in this printer. I would buy this printer again, I'm happy with it.

Always I had to download a big file or insert a CD to program my printer.With this printer I just had to go on-line to HP and I was all set. Also HP's Instant Ink Program is the best. Not only do I save money, but I always have ink.

…and sadly somewhat of a lottery. New printer! Impossible to print from my iPhone as the screen shows “Check printer connected.” when IT IS CONNECTED!!! Perfect G5 strong WiFi… and I have to acquire the patience of Job and persevere at times for half an hour. Crazy!!! This can also being alerted that my HP session has expired so log in again. When things go smoothly the HP 8025E behaves beautifully and YES I know it’s probably the most basic machine and it really should work consistently and not be a frustrating HIT or MISS experience. Btw there is a Case # LEMON 506884904…

This feels like a piece of junk. The input tray for paper is under the output tray, which has to be forced out of the way in order to add or change paper color or type. Neither tray slides smoothly. Both are very awkward - typical of cheap plastic parts. I change colors two or three times a day. Or I change to 3-hole punched paper and back. My last HP did not have an output tray that hung over the input tray and interfered with changing papers. The input tray on that machine smoothly slide into place.

No USB port to scan to and bad paper tray design.

I carefully compared all HPs as well as other printers. Besides all the other considerations about printer's features I also wanted a printer with a USB port to scan directly to a usb stick. I purchased 8025e because its specs shows that you can scan to usb/pc. To my very disappointment when I got the printer I dont see any usb port to scan to. I am considering to return the printer. Also paper tray has cheap plastic and bad design. Hard to come and hard to feed paper.
