the printer is nice looking. The printer paper tray will not allow me to adjust to the size of paper. I almost broke it before I stopped and have yet get to move for adjustment. The instructions for installation are too short and what is there is not clear. The use of a scan bar is probably ok for a person that has a phone that can make a picture and is able to understand what they m\receive. My phone says hello, good bye, come and get me. No text, no photos, just a simple usable d
for a person my age. Contact with the automated "people" is scrambled and difficult to use. Explaination of connecting WiFi is almost non existent. I am not a computer nerd. I can get print from the printer, but I cannot get print from computer to printer, I purchased the 8034e printer because I was getting correspondence requiring a eprinter.. Also my 8620 became outdated.
But with the 8520 I got a person if I needed help. So if you want my thoughts on the 8034e don't ask for it right now
