- Download and use the HP Smart app from either a mobile device or computer within the first 2 hours of powering on the printer

- Download and run through the printer's full software package: support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/model/24208623

At the suggestion of one of the printer techs, I purchased a new printer to replace my original HP printer. The suggestion was made because my printer would no longer printer. I received the new printer I'm having the same problem. I think the manufacturer should reimburse me for what I spent!!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Epsom 4 in one quit accepting refilled ink cartridges so I bought the HP 8025e all in one as a replacement. Than my old printer started working again. So my HP is still in the box gathering dust. Not sure how it works.
