I really like this printer. The install was super easy my 12 year old son did it quickly on his phone. The printing quality is excellent, the notification are easily understood. The only thing is that the lid to change the cartridge doesn't just lift up as easily as impiled you need to hold down the little button on the left hand side.
I would recommend this to a friend!

8025e is good, but replacing one HP shouldn't be selling

I just got my 8025e printer up and running and it is fine. But I give this one star because it is replacing the 2700e printer I purchased less than 6 months ago and it never worked properly for more than 3 days running. I put in multiple calls to tech support and they were fantastic in spending hours getting it fixed. But the hours they were working on it also meant I was spending hours working with them - hours I could have used in much better ways. It is a low cost printer 2700e and it should not be sold. I still had to pay for it, plus a new one, thus I lose and HP wins. HP should not be selling 2700e.
