Trouble with printing

I keep having trouble with it telling me the computer is offline when I try to print even though the computer is on and is showing on the computer as ready. When you click to print something then it tells you the computer is offline and nothing prints. The only way it seems to work again is if you uninstall it from the computer then reinstall it again. It will print what you need but if you need to use it again shortly after it goes back to telling you it is offline.
