I have had many HP printers since the the late 80's. It is a disappointment. The materials use are flimsy and seem as if they could break easily. The paper tray is a nightmare to use. The set up using the web was the most difficult I have encountered in my 35 plus years of using HP printers.

Replaced 8020 with this model and the ink cartridges dont last as long. Brand new equipment shouldnt be continuously squeaking with each use. The paper tray is a bit flimsy and takes a few tries to close it properly. Having trouble with simple functionality like adding our emails for scanning. It works fine overall but underwhelmed byvthe newer model.

My computer could not find the new printer, no matter what did. Had to get an IT to bypass PC to connect. Once connected, it works great!!!!

I have used this printer for several weeks now and I find it to be wonderful. There was software issue at the very beginning but a live call with support cleared all that up. I am loving its performance so far.
