Great Printer! We had an older model HP OfficeJet Pro6968 and it was reliable for a LOT of years!! The picture quality is quite a bit better on this HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e! So I figure, it's an HP and it should last a LOT of years, also! :-)

HP 8025e printer is NOT constructed very soundly - both paper input tray and output tray are NOT well engineered. Both trays DO NOT slide in and out smoothly. Both trays are VERY WOBBLY! I would expect those two trays that are used the most often would operate without sticking and jamming. Both trays behave clumsily when pulling out and pushing in. The printer appears to be priced above good construction. Disappointed. Print capability has been adequate.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This printer must be defective. I have followed all the online directions but could never get it connected to the internet. I spent 3 whole days work and finally gave up. It's going back..sorry to say this but I had much better luck with older HPs.

So far it's s solid producing printer. It works well for the home printer. I hope it last a good long time. I think they should send you surveys after you've had thing for a few month. That's when the honest opinions will come in handy.
