The paper tray needs to be bigger to hold more paper. Also, I was promised free ink for 9 months and I can't get it because I don't have Windows 10. I didn't know this before I purchased and I can't see to get what I was offered with the purchase. I'm n ot sure why it matters what windows I'm working with. Please advise

as we have experienced using the 8025e, the paper tray is unusually wayward in it's function. must close the paper prop to access the tray, even then access is troublesome.

I keep having to unplug my brand new printer to make it print! I had the last one similar to this one (supposedly "refurbished") for only 4 months before it gave up. It was a replacement of a similar one we had bought a year earlier. I'm losing confidence in HP, to be honest. And, I'm on their instant ink program. 3 sets of ink cartridges were no good!
