I've only had it for 2 months but it seems to be broken more than it is working. Hours spent on the phone with Technical Support. They have managed to fix the problems...for now.

This printer was to be a direct replacement for my previous hp 8600 pro, however I find it to be not so. The software for setup and operation is inferior. The setup procedure can not be accomplished without the help of your tech. service.
