My new 8025 is smaller and quieter than my 9500 HP. However, the feeder to scan or copy, hangs up and it's hard to get a piece or pieces of paper into the feeder. Either it does not accept, or when it finally does after much proding and re-inserting many times, a notice that there is a paper jam
