It's been a month and only one unexplained error. It was a B code with blinking lights and an inoperable new printer. The Manual does not address. In frustration I turn the printer off for five hours. When I turned it on the printer has been fully operational.

The HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e is not as well built as my old OfficeJet 8620. The 8025 has smaller ink carriages and the printer is not near as heavy duty as the 8620. Very disappointed in this model. Gave it 3 stars because of the monthly ink plan, it's great and does save money.
