Printer was really hard to set up, difficult to open to get ink cartridges in and not easy to set up to computer. Our last printer was a HP and we were very happy with it , but this one was not easy!! It does seem to print ok.

Only marginally satisfied because the on/off button has to be pressed for several seconds before the machine will react. I have had to unplug it to get it to turn off. Plus the sound is like a screaming cat when turned off or on.

The twelve months of Ink is a Super Plus ... however, your FAX Department was not able to figure out how to set up the FAX. I called them three times.
