I've owned a number of different printers, faxes and scanners and always come back to HP. While this new Multifunction Color Printer/Scanner/Fax was well-priced, it felt a bit weird replacing the broken Multi Printer with another HP Multi Printer, but I wasn't going to stand on ceremony and avoid the brand that has been the most reliable with regard these types of items and purchased it. Unfortunately, while the one it replaced was a tank of a machine, this is more of a convertible. Everything works, but parts of it are delicate and it takes a long time to complete tasks. It's better looking and much smaller than the tank, but we'll see whether the not-too-impressive delicate parts remain in working order over time. So far, it works well, and HP folks helped me with the setup, which actually was ...helpful. The 6 months of free ink was not a huge issue, as I don't use it that much to make a huge difference, if any, in the savings department.
