I have bought 5 HP printers in the last 20 years. I had some I liked less than others. I really liked my last printer, the 8620 HP Officejet Pro. It was great!!! I loved it. It has served me well. But I started having an issue with not being able to print double-sided. So I called about having it serviced. I thought it probably just needed a duplexer replaced. I was talked into replacing the whole printer. Yes, they are reasonably priced now. But the reason they are, I have decided, is that they are being made so cheaply, they still make a good profit. I was so discouraged and disappointed in the quality of the 8025e that I purchased, I returned it the same week. I never even completely unpackaged it. I never printed with it. I would just like to get my 8620 serviced. It still prints good, it just won't print double-sided. I'm not sure if I would recommend HP at this time.
