[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I called HP Tech Support for help with my old HP printer, it was determined the old printer was not repairable. The technician, Elle, walked me through the process to find a replacement printer; he was very helpful and made the process easy.
It took some time to get used to using the new printer; it operates as it should. Replacing the cartridges is very easy. Using HP Instant Ink ensures I will always have replacement ink when I need it since the printer lets HP know when I need new ink.
I like the feature that allows me to do double sides copies from the glass or the top feeder. The price was easy on my wallet. I'm looking forward to years of good service from the printer.
