[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the printer a couple weeks ago, pulled it out of the box, love that it had a plastic bag with handles to make that a smooth operation, and proceeded to set it up. It was done in less than 10 minutes. My only concern is yesterday I received a message that it was trying to load an update, have retried several times but haven't had any success. It prints clear pages and double sided too.

Received my printer and needed assist on setting up. Contacted HP and technician was very helpful, patient, walking me through the steps and setting up wi-fi connect. I'm pleased with the printer so far. particularly ease of 2 page copy and copying photo ID on both sides on single sheet. Haven't used all the features but pleased so far.
