[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a fine HP product however the setup is a bit tricky and even my IT guy had to call for assistance to get all areas functioning very frustrating. Two weeks later my scan stopped working from the top feed had to use the HP print Doc to find out additional software had to be loaded once that was loaded it seems to be functioning as it should only time will tell. Not happy about not having a disk with the unit. I have used HP exclusively for my private life as well as when I owned and operated an international manufacturing company.
I would recommend this to a friend!

While I admit I'm not a Tech Geek I have had a bit of experience with printers and computers. Printer is great. BUT on HP website instructions, some features were NOT on my printer. Instructions ran me in circles. Free instant ink for 6 months? Forget it. I never was able to get my old printer removed and new one moved to my account. Printer is a bit slower than I expected but overall not bad. The thing preventing 5 star rating was the difficulty with Instant Ink set up. Savings isn't worth the hours I spent trying to do a set up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The printer itself is great. We have been having a very difficult time getting all our computers, tablets, and mobile devices to connect via WiFi/AirPrint. we have all the latest software and drivers and are pretty savvy. Had no problems with our old WiFi HP printer. One of the problem solving apps only works on a PC, but the only PC we have us trouble connecting too.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
