This printer has up to date features that I didn't have with my Officejet 5255 All-in-One printer. For one I don't have to place an item that I want to copy onto the glass, I can put the original into the document feeder.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not thrilled with this printer. Set up was done as required with more than 4(four) restore to factory settings. Still this ‘printer’ does not print. Frustrating and very disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this printer at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a HP printer for a number of years. I didn’t use it much, however, it was time to replace it. I worked with technicians to try to rescue the old printer. It didn’t work. However, HP worked with me through the process and gave me a good deal on the new printer.and agreed to replace the ink of the old printer with new cartridges for the new printer.
I’ve enjoyed the new printer. It had some technological improvements and is working very well. Thank you.
