Many parts made out of recycled plastic, very flexible paper holding tray. Print quality is a little on low side for presentation material but good enough for home use. First shipment of "free ink" was lost by shipping company and our printer ran out of ink and we were therefore unable to use our printer for 6 days. Not good.

Good printing quality so far. only issue is even with the ethernet cable have truble getting it conected keep getting the no printer found or have to verify for each document i print for direct printing. it seems that thats an ongoing issue with HP printers

Dried Ink forces new printer purchase. NOT good PR for HP

The printer is OK but I liked my older 6968 until the ink dried out and I could not continue using it. HP products have a dried ink problem and they offer no real solution other than buying a new printer.
