I received my HP office jet pro 8025 7 days ago and have been trying to down the operating software ever since. I have spent more than 8 hrs on the computer with different Hp people trying to resolve the problem and have got someone not qualified to help, getting cut off, and not being able to help by not answering my questions. I have not had a problem with downloading other products.

I replaced an older HP all-in-one with this model, and I shouldn’t have bothered. While the new one is faster, the color printing is just as splotchy and uneven as the old one. Next time, I will try a brand other than HP. With ink being so expensive, you would think printers would actually do what they are and PRINT.

I was going to give this printer 4 stars because of the shipping. I made a few calls to HP because of the shipping based on shipping dates . The dates changed four times. The unit arrived within the shipping dates timeframe but it was the date changes & not getting a response. Otherwise it is a great printer.
