I had an HP8600, which I really liked but understand it is no longer available. So, it was suggested to purchase the 8025e. I don't think it is as easy to to navigate as the 8600 and the paper tray seems to be cheaply made.

It has a slow response time. It is noisy as all get out. It is always bullying me about staying connected to the internet when the internet is the only way it connects, so needless to say it is always connected! On the short, I really dislike this printer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The print quality is very nice. However, the quality of the printer is lower than the HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 I am replacing and it does not have the scan to USB drive. I occasionally get an offline error message yet the printer is connected to the network and there is no easy way to put the printer back online. The 8610 exhibits this same problem but I am told this is no longer supported that is why I purchased the 8025. The 8025 printer is nice looking and smaller than the 8610.
