Like the printer. Seems easy to use, and the HP Smart Utility seems straight forward. Oddly though, if I larger color pictures, the printer color seems to get messed up. Doesn't straighten itself out until the heads are cleaned at least once or twice. THen is fine until a larger color picture is printed again. Then process repeats

This printer replaced an HP Office Jet 9000 series printer we'd had for three years. THAT printer replaced one we had for about the same length of time. We like HP printers but wish they had a longer shelf life. We purchased a 4-year maintenance contract with this one so hoping it lasts long enough for that to have been a wise acquisition!

The printer works well. A little slow in two-sided mode. The paper tray does not slide in/out very smoothly. Kind of cheap in that area.
