This print has been amazing and more then that the customer service from HP has been some of the best I have had. I’ve had to call several times about different things I didn’t understand and everyone has been so patient. I will use HP products from now on and after a lot of issues with other brand printers I won’t go back. Make a life changing decision to buy HP.

I replaced an HP8600 with this printer, after having read stellar reviews. I thought I was upgrading. Aesthetically, it's a nice, compact unit and was simple to set up. My old printer never could stay connected to my wireless, this one found it and its connection has been super reliable! I am disappointed in this printer's noise level, inability to adjust the paper tray easily and the flimsy, plastic construction of moving parts. I signed up for the ink cartridge replacements and although I haven't received my first shipment yet, I think that will be a good feature to prevent running out of ink. I printed a large job last night and the papers nearly spilled to the floor as the paper catch is not effective. Hopefully, I don't regret not purchasing a better model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
