The one thing that bothered me is that the instructions did not tell me all the places where there was tape, or other packing material, all which, if i did not eventually find them myself, could have caused the printer to not operate correctly. I know this stuff seems trivial but it is important o know where it all is.

I previously owned a HP 7025 All in One Printer which mysteriously died. Literally, the black ink cartridge stopped working. Setting up the 8025e was not as easy as I felt it should have been. I also take particular exception to HP tracking and counting pages printed under the guise of Forest sustainability. I perceive it as a marketing ploy giving HP the ability to stop printers remotely if they feel a printer is working longer than they think it should.
