A very nice new looking printer and a good price! It was a little fussy to get to scan, but that could have been just the senior tech person (me) who installed it. Everything now works great and no need to get help from the tech support. HP support has always been very helpful in the past when I have needed it, which gave me the confidence to trust them on this purchase.
