I purchased this one because of the ink issues and the first set of ink that came with it was gone very quickly. It prints fine, it does not wow me like I’d hope. Hope it keep doing what I need it to!

I could not believe how quickly I received it. Tech Support helped me get it set up. For the moment, the connection between my Chromebook laptop and the printer has been lost and I am being asked to get HP and my Printer connected so the ink plan will work as it should and I haven't to foggiest how to do that.

There are many good features with the 8025e printer. Indeed, it is the best all-around of any printer I have owned - 5 total. There is one thing about it, however, that is a truly maddening issue - the paper feed and exit trays. The exit "tray" does not tilt up out of the way (and it is NOT easily removed) so that the paper feed tray can be easily extended to load new paper. The worst part is that the paper feed tray cannot be extended without a fight with the upper exit tray - every time!!! No matter how I try to slide, pull or wiggle the paper feed tray to extend it, it hangs and hangs, again and again, on the exit tray. It is maddening! For me, this issue is such an aggravation that I regret having purchased the 8025e. I'm sure that one day I will have had enough and will fix the problem with a hammer - then I will need to buy a new one!! No, it will not be an HP model with this problem. The design needs to be like the HP 6954 feed and exit trays!!
