HP helped me install the printer. It works great. The structure of the printer is not nearly as good quality as my 8610 which I had to replace because it was obsolete as far as replacing the print head.

I am not happy that I have to save every document that I want to print. There are many times I just need something printed and do not need to save it as a pdf. An example is an email I want to print or just a statement. This extra step is unnecessary.
