[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Here's what I can honestly tell you! It is so important to know and understand what your printing needs are before purchasing your new printer. I have always had an HP printer but, my last one and I did not get along! HP did their best to work out this problem all to no avail. So, what next? I spoke to a very qualified HP personnel, told him what my printer needs were and, like magic, he recommended the Office Jet Pro 8035 and I'm in heaven! I do a lot of color printing and this printer brings life to every project I print. The printer is easy to use and guess what? We get along! Thank you HP. :-)
