There is nothing to dislike about the printer. It's just what I wanted. Problem is, from my perspective it came with almost no instructions on how to operate it. The last HP printer I bought came with a user manual. It wasn't much, but it got me started. I had to hire a technician to come in to set this one up for me. I'm very disappointed. If someone has written a manual for this printer, please tell me so I can buy a copy.

The document feeder does not work properly. It is also unusually noisy compared to my old 9015. In addition, the sales agent did not mention that the 8025e does not duplex scan like my 9015 did. I will be in touch with HP support, but I resent the additional time I have to spend doing so.
