Not so easy to use

I thought it would be easy to have a wifi pri ter and print from app on my phone.But it is not easy and does not let me print certain documents.It also does not let me see the preview nor print the page correctly.I'm still giving it a try before I decide to return it.

I like the printer in general. The only thing is that it took a long time to print the first color page when I start a print. job. So, I am not sure it is what HP claims it can print 10ppm.

I’m sorry that your printer has performed so poorly. The frustration you express comes as no surprise, considering the device has frequently jammed, pushed through extra pages and spread single-page print jobs over two pages. Judging by your review, the jams are taking place at the automatic document feeder. If that’s the case, I recommend you follow a guide on our support site to document feeders that pull through too many pages at once or fail to pick up any paper at all. Find that guide here:

Just one irritation . . .

The OfficeJet Pro 8025e works very well for me. The one constant irritation is that, whenever I need to add paper or change paper (which I seem to do fairly often), I have to first close the little tray that catches the paper as it's printed -- really annoying. None of my previous HP printers have required this.
