Printer is the perfect size for my one bedroom apartment, looks great and works well. It does all of it's functions well, holds a good amount of paper and I love the ability of having my usage connected to ink service to be able to get ink delivery when needed without having to think about it!

We had the same printer before and fell like it was much more solid. This was seems fragile. The small window for selecting options is very hard to see and manage.

Everything was handled in an amiable and competent manner. I have not yet opened the mailed carton because my old printer continues to work well. Is there a limit to the possible return of the new printer (in case the old one remains 'healthy')?

I’m not sure if I was able to sign for Instant Ink. The only problem was with the WiFi not the printer.
