A nice quality printer for the price

I like the fact that it is on 24/7. It is fast and makes good quality copies. The only thing I dont like is the printer tray does not pop open, like in our previous printer, and the copies fall to the floor! Overall, a nice printer.

I really don't care for this printer. I have had two OfficeJet Pros, which I really enjoyed. I'm disappointed with this model. It is slow warming up, slow printing and extremely noisy. It also feels and acts flimsy, without the stability of my previous ones. It did have the features I need-print and copy- but it is awkward to operate. I feel as though I am stuck with it, and will probably not buy another HP printer- definitely not online. I probably wouldn't have bought this one had I seen it at a store. I would not recommend it.

It’s easy to understand why slow print speed, noisy printing and a general dissatisfaction with workmanship would be a disappointing start to ownership. Next, I'll explain a factor that might be causing the noise you hear. While your printer is powered up, it makes sure that the nozzles are regularly cleared, which can be noisy, especially if the printer is on a hard surface. I suggest you try placing the printer on a padded surface to muffle the vibrations that occur.

I am pretty disappointed in this printer. It does not save any copies or scans to PDF which I needed. It scans one page at a time and you have to save them one page at a time. It seems to be pretty slow and was a nightmare to setup.

Printer Offic ePro 80 20 seems flimsier than Office Pro 8610 that ti had. Printer tray is very hard to get in and out sticks. Please send a spare. I know this opne is going to break .

Slow to print first page.

This printer takes a long long time to start printing, but once started prints just fine. Any other HP printer I’ve had in the past wasn’t that slow to start printing the first page.
