This is the third identical printer we have purchased. Like one of the other ones, we can not get it to link with the HP computers. Very frustrating. We will have to call customer service to find out the fix.

It appears that techs are not satisfactorily able to help with proper set up and getting everything to work smoothly together. Unlike with my last HP Envy printer where techs were very good. I have to call my computer guy to come in and get everything working smoothly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
