Upgraded my printer to be able to copy packets with the top load, instead of placing each page on the glass for copies. Trying to find printer that does not require only wireless connections was difficult - the Printer meets all my needs and when the internet is down I will still be able to work!

I’m very happy with this printer, scanner, fax, copier. I was challenged though with the lack of printed directions. I was unable to get it to print from my tablet, or get it to scan. I had to rely on someone else smarter than me.

I believe the new printer 8025e is not made as good as the HP printer I had to replace. I just don't feel this printer has the same quality has the prior printer. I bought this on line without first looking at it in person. I'm not sure I would have purchased it had I done so.
