My review of the HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 Printer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really happy with this printer. The set up was the easiest of any wireless printer I have ever owned. The instructions were very clear except for how to access the ink compartment to put the ink cartridges in. Nothing in any of the instructions tells you to push on the little button to open up the compartment to get to where you put the ink in. We found it ourselves after struggling to figure out how to open it. But all in all that was the only issue we had in the set up process. I connected my phone, and the other pc`s in my home and office so that we can print remotely which is a bonus for when you might want to take a screenshot of a document and print it out at home to have it. Out of the box the setup is super easy, just one chord and its powered up. The on screen display walks you through the set up and I found that extremenly helpful. The scanner, copier is a great bonus two for storing documents or making copies of them. The whole machine is super high quality and like all my other HP products I expect it will last me a very long time. I can find nothing that I would change other than clearer instructions on how to get to the in compartment.Overall, I love it. I have only ever purchased HP products since the first thing of theirs I bought (a pc). I find their products last and have few issues if any. My last HP Printer/Scanner lasted 10 years so I am sure this one will go as long! I love it!

My new business partner....exceptional printer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 printer and couldn`t wait to set it up. Setting it up was very simple. Within 7 minutes I was printing documents from my phone. The quality exceeds my expectations. I really like the tilting display screen. It`s very user friendly and allows you to view the screen at several angles. The display is very easy to read and to navigate. The print quality is superb. I didn`t realize how bad my other printer was until I saw the pages come out. They are so crisp it looks like a professional print.I am a small business owner as well as a college teacher. The smart tasks you can add with a simple touch are exactly what I need. Repetitive tasks now take one click! Time is a big factor in both of my professions. I can now spend a lot less time on admin tasks. I can`t emphasize the efficiency this printer exemplifies. The first week it proved itself and I was able to cut my admin tasks by well over 4-5 hours weekly. Time is money. I love the thought of having an extra 20+ hours a month to work my small business. My new motto is "behind every small business owner is a printer that can help with mundane tasks or sales sheets all the way to brochures, presentations, etc."I use Dropbox exclusively for my teaching job. The printer has solved some of my issues right off the bat. I`m looking forward to the Fall to see how much of an impact it will be for the online classes I teach.Our old printer was also an HP. I can`t believe the differences. This one is so refreshing. Some of the things I like are: -I can easily print from my phone or laptop.-The apps on the front display are so easy to navigate.-I absolutely love being able to print a photo directly from facebook!! -The printer has its own email address.-The scanner is phenomenal. You can scan and fax, scan and print, scan and convert to a PDF, even scan to cloud!-It is a lot smaller and quieter than our old printer. It has a very sleek, modern design. Thus far, I haven`t found any bells and whistles it doesn`t have or that I would want to add. It`s an overall exceptional HP Printer. I look forward to using it for many years. It`s my business partner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 was easy to set up and connect. Any questions I had with any set up, or printer options, was easy to find with the HP website help. The wireless technology makes it great for my small office. We currently have a laser black and white printer and was worried it wouldn`t be as proficient as our laser. The black and white printing is very quick (comparable to the laser speed) while the color printing takes just a bit longer but still fast. The print quality was great for a inkjet printer as well. The 8025`s compact design is nice for small spaces and can easily fit on my shelf. We have the gray option but when looking I saw they have color options which is great in my opinion! I would love a printer that has "personality"! My only complaint, which isn`t really that big of a deal, is the noise it makes when it`s calibrating. It`s sort of distracting and loud but overall it`s a great printer and gets the job done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before unpacking my HP OfficeJet Pro 8025, I did as I usually do with newly purchased electronic products, and went online to read reviews beforehand, in order to familiarize myself with possible obstacles or issues that may be encountered during the setup and/or use. I became somewhat discouraged and disillusioned after reading some the reviews. Several stated a time-consuming, difficult process to setup and a few stated an irregularity in performance. Thankfully, I encountered none of it. Start to finish, I would guess the entire process took roughly half an hour. I now have this multi-function printer connected to two laptops, replacing one that was aging and non-wifi, but yet still functioning and in good condition. I needed an upgrade however, that would be quicker, function flawlessly, and have better options suited for my home business. This printer has it all. Besides the easy-to-use functions of print, copy, scan and fax, a few of the other impressive features that I find helpful are the simple color touchscreen, the generous paper input tray and the option for automatic two-sided printing. In my opinion, one of the best features however, is that the HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 can be enabled to work with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and Microsoft Cortana. I have not yet tested the voice-activated printing, but I am loving this unit and looking forward to doing so shortly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 Printer was so easy to set up. There was an information card with step by step illustrations to unpacking. The ink cartridges were simple to slide in. Inside the printer it was color coded to help with correct ink cartridge placement. I really liked the App that I was instructed to download. The app gave me simple steps to set up and load the software. I was able to test print right from the app. Problem solving was also offered that would take you through step by step. The printer is quiet and quick with printing. I love the wireless feature. I have my printer set up in my downstairs office. I can print from my phone from upstairs. The copies are clean and crisp with clear colors. I have printed photos from my instagram app. They came out clear, crisp with true color. This printer is much easier to set up and use than my former printer. The electronic setting panel is easier to see and use. The printer is neat and compact with many printing options at a great price.

Solid printer for home office

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion.My old printer has been chugging along for several years now, and I never felt the need to upgrade. The OfficeJet Pro 8025 did a great job of showing me the strides made in my years since shopping for a printer. Setup: Upon unpacking the printer, I was a little concerned at the lack of printed materials that came with the printer. A sheet displayed the instructions on how to download the `HP Smart` App. Once the app downloaded, I was walked through the setup instructions step by step. When I couldn`t figure out where think it was supposed to go, an animated video displayed how to lift up the scanning surface in tandum with the print feeder in tandem to uncover the print cartridge holder. Use: The ease of use from an iPhone was incredible. If connected to your wifi, you can print pictures and documents almost instantaneously. If your phone is only connected to data, the app needs only a minute to identify your printers status and you`re good to go. The app also gives you an estimation on your ink status by color. The ability to scan from your smartphone to cloud storage accounts and email is a nice touch, and sure to cutdown on the number of apps needed to run a home based business. These features are intuitive and relatively easy to use.Print Quality: To be honest, I`m not overly impressed with the print quality. I certainly wouldn`t want to print photos with this printer, and I`d probably still stop by a kinkos for a professional document or presentation. For reports or other common documents, it`s plenty capable.

Good printer to streamline printing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The printer was nicely packaged so that it was not damaged and easy to open up. Setting up the printer seemed easy according to the included picture instructions. Most of the pictures were self explanatory and I had not problem understanding what to do. I did run into a few glitches with the setup. First in the 2nd image, where it showed the languages, I did not realize that you were supposed to select the language. I realized this when I could not load the ink cartridges in step 3. When I did select English, I was able to continue. The ink cartridges were nicely packed and easy to install except that the orange clip was extremely hard to get off on all 4 of the ink cartridges. Once these were installed, the printer display menu seemed to be stuck on the display, "Thank you for installing instant ink ready cartridge. Touch OK to continue." I touched OK MANY times! and nothing. I then tried to turn off the printer and it did not turn off. I even held the button down for 10 seconds many times and the printer did not turn off. I had to unplug the printer. When I plugged the printer back in again, I was able to reprint the alignment page and continue with the setup. I continued the set-up online, but had problems connecting to the internet. When the printer was finally set-up. I was happy with the printer. The print quality was good and the speed was as expected (not to slow, but not faster than other printers of similar quality). With this printer you can sign up for an automatic ink refill subscription that will automatically send you ink refills when the printer gets low. I like to have more control over my ordering, but I am sure many would love this feature. You can also connect your smart phone to the printer and print directly from your smart phone. This is a great feature that I enjoy using as my can print photos directly from my phone for my kids as we are viewing them to use in their school projects.

I had it up and running in about 15-20 minutes.The print quality is excellent, both color and black and white and it prints pretty quickly.Copying is easy and fast.The scan function, however was difficult to figure out. It was difficult to determine how to scan to a PDF and have several individual pages scanned end up in the same document file.Overall, this is a very good quality printer!
